do keep in mind that process of impeachment is only applicable to the President of India. where one of the house stats the process by getting the simple majority for the thing that the President is not following the Constitution and going against it. and then the President is informed that the one of the house has initiated the process of impeachment against him and he has to answer the second house at the time of investigation of the allegation. the second house will do the investigation of the allegation and then if found that allegations true then they will give permission to impeach president and then voting will occur and through special majority the president will get impeached.
