Answer:

Madan Lal Dhingra was an Indian revolutionary and pro-independence activist who lived from 18 September 1883 to 17 August 1909.

Explanation:

Madan Lal Dhingra was born in Amritsar on February 17, 1883, into a wealthy family. Madanlal came to England in 1906 to study engineering after coming from a well-established and wealthy Punjabi family that was loyal to the British.

During his time in London, he met Veer Savarkar and his associates. He was a man of strong convictions and firm determination, and he realized that sacrifices and actions, not words, were required to achieve India's independence. He assassinated Curzon Wyllie, a British officer who was considered anti-Indian. After assassinating Curzon Wyllie, his doctor's father disowned him.

He killed Curzon Wyllie at a meeting of the National Indian Association (an organization of Indian loyalists) on July 1, 1909. He made no attempt to flee, and during the course of the trial, he asked for the death penalty himself. On August 17, 1909, he was hanged in London. He graciously thanked the judge after being sentenced to death. This brave freedom fighter of our land was sacrificed in such a spirit.
