The term minority is most regularly used to allude to groups that are numerically less in connection to whatever remains of the populace.

The Indian Constitution recognizes that the way of life of the greater part impacts the route in which society and government may convey what needs be.

Guard was expected to ensure minority groups against the likelihood of being socially overwhelmed by the dominant part and being marginalized.

So the Consitution gives shields to religious and etymological minorities as a feature of its Fundamental Rights.

Minorities are groups of people who belong to particular religious group or a particular community and are less in number.  The government has to protect these people’s rights too so, through Judiciary, their “Fundamental Rights” are taken care of.

The citizen from that community cannot contest for his group or community but are given honorary postings otherwise, inequality problem will arise.  Example of these communities are “Muslim Community, Christian community etc.  If marginalisation doesn’t happen then, India cannot say that it is tolerant to other religion.
