Minorities are groups of
people who belong to particular religious group or a particular community and
are less in number. The government has
to protect these people’s rights too so, through Judiciary, their “Fundamental
Rights” are taken care of.
The citizen from that community cannot contest for his group or community but are given honorary postings otherwise, inequality problem will arise. Example of these communities are “Muslim Community, Christian community etc. If marginalisation doesn’t happen then, India cannot say that it is tolerant to other religion.
