✏ When Lok Sabha doesn't have confidence on the government which is in power then passes "No Confidence Motion Bill". If the bill in Lok Sabha passes through full majority or two-third majority, the government in power is to be resigned along with its Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. Only Lok Sabha or the Assembly of Commons has the power to pass this bill. The Rajya Sabha has nothing to do in this.
