• This is the layer which is down of Topsoil which is at the first or top.
• It is about 50 Centimeteres (CM) down.
• The colour of subsoil is in many colours
• Some of the colours are brown,Reddish,Yellowish Brown .
• The organisms which live in soil are earthworms,bacteria,fungi
• However we know that soil is a mixture of bacteria.
• SubSoil is not much good for growing plants,shrubs,herbs.
• The soil which is lying under the surface soil is called as SubSoil
• Soil is essential for growing plants.
• These are many types TopSoil,ClaySoil,SubSoil etc.
• These has organic matter,humus etc.
• Subsoil will mostly have broken down Organic matter which makes plant not to grow much.
• It is mostly made up of weathering rocks and clay minerals.
• Plants mostly try to send their roots for all soils for water to make process of phtosynthesis and to make food and some plants duties.
