""Parliament of India is a supreme legislative body of the Republic of India. The parliament is composed of the President of India and the Houses. It is a bicameral legislature with two houses; the Rajya Sabha (Council of State) and the Lok Sabha (Houses of the people). The President in his role as head of legislature has full powers to summon and prorogue either houses of Parliament or to dissolve Lok Sabha. The President can exercise these power only upon the advice of the Prime Minister and his Union Council of Ministers

Indian house of assembly is considered as a bicameral structure. It comprises of Lok Sabha, President, and Rajya Sabha. Rajya Sabha speaks to the board of states and the upper house. While Lok Sabha speaks to the place of individuals and the lower residence, Lok Sabha speaks to the Indian individuals while Rajya Sabha speaks to the association regions and states.
