Myopia : (Near-sightedness) The person with Myopia can clearly see things situated closer to the eye. But he won't be able to see things at a further distance.

Reason : Elongation of eyeball.

Hypermetropia : (Far-sightedness) The person with Hypermetropia can clearly see things situated at further distances. But he won't be able to see things at a closer distance.

Reason : Eyeball has become too small.

Presbyopia : (Both conditions occur simultaneously) A person with Presbyopia won't be able to see things at a closer distance as well as further distances. i.e, He suffers from both Myopia as well as Hypermetropia.

Reason : Usually associated with old age.
