Vitamins are very necessary for our health . They plays a great role to keep us healthy .
There are different types of vitamins .
For Eg : Vitamin A ,B,C,D,E etc .

Function of Vitamin A :

Function. Vitamin A helps form and maintain healthy teeth, skeletal and soft tissue, mucus membranes, andskin. It is also known as retinol because it produces the pigments in the retina of the eye. Vitamin A promotes good vision, especially in low light.

Function of Vitamin B :
As the building blocks of a healthy body, B vitamins have a direct impact on your energy levels, brain function, and cell metabolism. Vitamin B complex helps prevent infections and helps support or promote: cell health. growth of red blood cells.

Function of Vitamin C :

Vitamin C's Role in the Body. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.

Function of Vitamin D :

Your body must have vitamin D to absorb calciumand promote bone growth. Too little vitamin D results in soft bones in children (rickets) and fragile, misshapen bones in adults (osteomalacia). You also need vitamin D for other important body functions.

Function of Vitamin E :

Vitamin E is an antioxidant. This means it protects body tissue from damage caused by substances called free radicals, which can harm cells, tissues, and organs. They are believed to play a role in certain conditions related to aging.
