A short note on water:

  • Water is a compound made out of Hydrogen and Oxygen. It has two molecules of Hydrogen and one molecule of oxygen.

  • Water is essential compound for all living organisms.

  • It has no taste or no smell. It is a colorless liquid.

  • Water boils at the temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.

  • Most of the parts of earth are made up of water. The water in the sea is called sea water and it has a salty taste.

  • Water has many uses in our day to day life we drink water. We take bath using water. We wash our plates using water.

  • Without water life would be impossible in earth.

  • Water has three states they are as follows: Water Vapor, Liquid Water, Gaseous Water.

  • We can generate electricity using water this type of electricity is called hydroelectricity it is generated with the help of dams.
