India got freedom from the British ruling in 1947. From then, our nation is celebrating Independence Day 2020 on 15th August yearly. Irrespective of the caste, creed, and religion, everyone will celebrate Independence Day as an honor to the nation. People across India will observe Independence Day as a festival of all.
Independence Day is the result of the sacrifice of the many warriors such as Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash Chandrabose, Bhagath Singh, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, and many other leaders. Our great leaders like Gandhi, Nehru, Tilak, Subhash Chandra Bose, Rajendra Prasad and many others took part in the struggle. Their sacrifices brought Independence.
