I am a boy /girl who doesn't generally get nervous but I am but I become a totally different sort of boy on the night before the examination. then I really close my nervous I forget to even eat and sleep. I seem to forget everything learnt so far ,I paste the room up and down with books and notes my confidence in my abilities is lost this year for sharing bad in exam sneizes me .my parents of an incident me for eating and sleeping in time but I seem to have no hunger and sleep as well even. I eat but can not released the food even I am forced to lie down in bed sleep doesn't come out out of tension. if I fall asleep I spring up out of the bed and I wake up the loss of time to sleep I always wish.
