Answer:

The case of the vanishing Siberian cranes :

Successive years of worsening food and water scarcity are blamed for the lessening number of rare Siberian white cranes visiting the park. ... This is a direct fallout of the denial of grazing rights to villagers beginning November 1982, because the number of cranes visiting the park has stayed low since.

What is the reason of migration of Siberian crane?

They are migratory birds and migrate to all tropical countries with warmer winters. The winters are cold in their native places: Russia and Siberia, so they fly east in search of warmer climate. To reach the wintering grounds these cranes have to fly at high altitudes, mainly to cross the mighty Himalayan ranges.

Why do Siberian cranes no longer visit the Indian wetlands?

Siberian cranes don't flock to India during their annual winter migration anymore. Why? It's because they are extinct. Mrityunjay Bose sheds some light on the reasons behind their disappearance.
