8 September, 2019, Assam ------- The people of state Assam have been experiencing a very heavy rainfall since last 20 days. Roads are filled with water and people are finding very difficult to do their works and to travel. Many houses in Dibrugarh have been collapsed and most of the people have become homeless. People from other states are helping thise victims by donating some amount of money. We pray so that the nature of Assam becomes peaceful again.
