It was raining heavily, the street lights had gone off and I was returning from my tutions to my home. My umbrella wasn't strong enough to protect me from the angry rain drops which were falling on the earth just like arrows targeted at their aims, for long time so I rushed.
Suddenly I saw an old poor man who was sleeping bare chested, at the corner of the road. Though he had a cloth on his face he was all wet and shivering. His bones were so conspicous that it seemed that they are going to pop out if this shivering doesn't stops immediately. For a while I thought to walk away as if I got late, mom's dreadful greeting would let bad dreams to hinder me all night to sleep. But I couldn't resist myself to help that old person. I had my dad's car covering which was of plastic in my bag. I quickly took it out and covered that person and somehow managed to fix my umbrella in a way that covered his head and protected it from getting wet . I saw comfort in his expression and also his shivering was stopped and I went on the rest of the way preparing excuses for me being late and loosing my umbrella along with being wet.I don't know what I did was suffecient or not but it was the only thing that i could do along with not being given dinner as a punishment at home!
