i was fast asleep . suddenly there was a knock at door. i went to see who was there , i saw my mom . she told me that they she and my father had to go to visit an uncle who was unwell. i agreed but i was afraid too , because i had never slept alone before. they both went. i locked the door and tried to sleep again but i could not. again there was a knock at the door, i took a breathe of relief that mom has returned...but gosh!!!!!i had locked the main door. i was really afraid. i started shievering...the knock was louder now. i thought of calling mom but the telephone was kept in hall and i was upstair. i raised my courage and opened the door . ohhh!!!!!!!!  i saw a puppy near stairs . but i was surprised to see it in my home. he was so cute that i could not even leave him out as the weather was very bad. i kept him with me. really that day was the most frightening day of my life.
