◾➖Is the Growing Level Of Competition Good for the Youth◾➖

↪A Very Warm and a Cheerful Good Morning to Respected Principal Ma'am , Worthy teachers and My Dear Friends . Today , I Numera feel Privileged to share this Dias with Such a Knowledgeable audience to Express my Views about
The Growing Level of competition among Youth .

↪In this advancing world , Everything is Changing . Today , this life seems to have become a Race . People are all running to Secure their spot . Everyone wants to occupy the First Position . Well , According to me competition is good enough until it's a "Healthy Competition" . By this I mean That Competition should be taken as a way of improvement . It shouldn't take an "Ugly form".

↪A Common Example for this is when a student begins to compare his performance with others . It's although good in a way but many a times this leads to students developing a condescending view for others . According to me A person's first competitor Should be He Himself . First try to improve yourself and then look upon others . This is the sheer futility of educational system where a person is accessed by his marks not knowledge !

↪Due to this increasing Competition only , young minds are developing undesirable Stress . Many even go into Depression . The Fear of not securing the first Rank ; not being able to live up to the expectations of their families , this all often leads to dire consequences .

↪But as we Know , A Coin always has Two Sides . The more important aspect is how we take it . If You take failures as a way of improvement , success is sure . So the important thing is to take everything Positively . Never Allow This Competitive Spirit to Capture Your Mind . Take everything in a positive manner and you can Win over the toughest of the Situations .

Thank You For the Patient Hearing !

.

Today in this world of globalization the success rate has increased to such a vast level that one needs to strategize how to outshine among others.

Good Morning. Respected jury members, teachers, and my dear friends. Today, I Numera, has been provided with a golden opportunity to express my views on  "Is the growing level of competition good for the youth ?"

Competition is one of the best ways to test someone's caliber in a any field. Competition allows to judge someone's potential and how he can put his efforts to stand out among others.  Dedication is required to excel in every field, and competitions provide a person with a platform where he can be best of his bests. It gives person a chance to test how much potential he has and how much improvement he need.

Let's come to the real question now.

Is the growing level of competition good for the youth ?

=> Youth which means the people lying between the ages of 15-24 are power-packed. The quality of enthusiasm they pertain cannot be found in a person of any other age criteria. Their mind is full of ideas which they use it creatively and wisely when the time demands for it. In this age, they are in the most energetic phase where their mind is dedicated. They try to carry out their work with perfection. Success is their moto.

The Vision and Mission of youth let them outshine. Youth make sure that they utilize every second of their life and make it a worth one. They make sure that they are working on their flaws and believe in turning their negatives into positives. They believe in learning and gaining experiences. But my dear friends, every coin has two faces and so do the competitions. Failure might lead into depression as well but what is important is to fight with that depression and come back with an even strong personality.

Now, youth believes in taking chances in their lives. If they win, they prepare for the next level but if they lose then they make sure to realize where they lacked and how they can work to win. Depression should have no place in anyone's life as that makes a person weak. Learning from failures is the actual win and then only, failures let a person to come back with a solid set-back. Competitions demand competitors, and who are those competitors ? An energetic person who can use the platform creatively , and who comes in such category ? It's YOUTH.

More the number of competitions means more the number of competitors. More the number of competitors means more the number of active youth. More the number of active youth means an increase in the success rate of the country.

Today's youth is tomorrow's future. So, definitely growing number of competitions is good for the youth which means good for the country as well, as it not only enhances the person but also makes the country feel triumphed.

Remember "Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle." and the youth today is the best example for pertaining such qualities and so increasing level of competition leads in enhancing the leadership quality and remember friends "Leadership is not about the next election, it's about the next generation" which obviously is our youth.
