I think, I can just give you a few points which are according to my opinion(I just finishedy grade 9.. by the way)
1.The schedule should contain adequate time for play and food.
2.The timings of the school should not exceed 7 hours
3.The homework has to be done without the help of internet(atleast try)
4.The 9th graders should not be stressed about grade 10
5.These students should not be stressed with 10th syllabus
6.Every student has to try to stay organised.
7.They should never ever forget their moral values
8.The main thing is that every student must know the type of learner the individual is(VARK-Visual,Auditary,Reading/writing,Kinesthetic)
9.Finally, they should be given regular breaks.
10.Just saying, I think the parents and teachers shouldn't expect best marks from every single student of the class...(I see many of my friends suffering)
