any man is not born great . it's there hardwork and determination which make them great. all persons are born equal by grace of God but it depends on us to make our life by using our minds , a gift to humans . achievement needs dedication , all man posess it but fearsome many may not use. man is known by his deeds in further life not by his place of birth or gender etc.

it's in our hands to make our future .when we do a great work we become achievers.

i would like to end my speech by following thought.
