There is saying that a silent person in a room is a the smartest person. This is because listening is happened to be more important than talking. When a person listens then the person can tend to answer more effectively. The listening helps a person to understand the things other person saying, emotion the other person expressing and situation the person is facing. This helps the person to answer properly.
The talking become more clearer when our thoughts are properly ordered. Our thoughts are ordered we understand the situation is properly understood. So, one should not only think but the person should listen to think properly.
