Yoga basically means union of body, mind and soul. When you start doing yoga your body,mind and energies will be aligned in such a way that your health will flourish, mind will be peaceful. Health will flourish means your body will not have any dis-Ease. You will start to grow spiritually. So basically yoga will deal with all the levels physical, mind and at the level of your energies. The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone.
