write a story about something going wrong

The story began since my biggest teenage nightmare happened: My best friend informed me she fell in love. She went on about their love stories and her boyfriend. It felt such irritated to be a trivial name in the conversations. A notion crossed my mind that I was losing my perfect companion. I became angry and frustrated, as if I had been a kid who had temper tantrums when receiving no attention from parents. Gradually, being stuck in the middle of my precious friendship was an inevitable consequence. My sister persuaded me that people led their own life and if I continued to keep my selfish sentiment, two of us could not be friends anymore. What if the worst-case scenario occurred? Her valuable advice helped me to understand the underlying obstacle. If I had tried to keep my temper, we would have shared to each other. We could have talked candidly to resolve our matter, but I was egotistical. If only I had turned back the hands of time; however, sometimes, too late was just in time. I realized it was high time I made amends for my fault to remedy the situation . A heartfelt apology and communication were the keys to effective problem-solving. And as a result, we have maintained our worthwhile friendship.
