Once upon a time there lived a girl named Simran who fell head over heels for a boy named Raj.

Simran's life lacked happiness because she had yet to discover herself, however, before anything, she discovered that she had been bet roved to one of the sons of her fathers best friends.

This decision of Simran's father was what got her to act out in rebellion and go out and fall in love.

Simran and Raj had known each other since middle school but her father was unaware of the love sparking between them. The first time when Raj spoke to Simran, he said, " Raj here, naam toh suna hoga". To this Simran responded, "nae" after which Raj asked her a question, " kya tum mujh se dosti karogi?" and Simran replied, "Abhi toh mile hain, dosti toh bohat dur ki baat ha".

Later as time passed by Simran and Raj started becoming indulged in each others lives more often. In school they would share benches, and always end up being each others group partners. Simran supported Raj in times of need, Raj was quite filmy and loved it when Simran would mimic other actors, whenever he would fail in a paper. She was his go to.

Simran would often tell him, " baare baare deshon mein aisi choti choti batein hoti rehti hain", as well as, "kabhi kabhi kuch jeetnay ke liye harna zaruri hai and har kar jeetnay walay ko baazigar kehte hain".

However, to be able to elope, Simran needed Raj to be able to earn enough, which is why she sold her jewellery and gave it to Raj to start up his business. That's when Raj became able to support Simran, however on the night that they planned to elope, Simran's father figured it out and dragged her all the way to India

But Simran's best friend Sapna, informed Raj in time, and he landed in India, only to greet Simran's parents after which he tried to impress her family. But to his dismay he failed, miserably. He was leaving after being insulted, when Simran begged him to turn around and said, "palat" in her mind.

He didnt look back and Simran, broke all bonds with her family and rushed out the house. When her father realized that he might lose her daughter, he raced towards her, gave his blessing and told her, "ja simran ja, jele apni zindagi."
