Write a story ending with the line ‘…and I finally heaved a sigh of relief.’
Answers
This is a true incident-
I just entered a railway station. I was walking briskly. I had to catch a train to reach my destination. It was 7 in the morning.
But when I reached station the train had already left. I walked towards the platform, and then I saw the train standing on the far end.
I understood that the train after leaving had to stop because stop signal came through.
I went few paces back, took a ticket, and ran around 150 meters to catch this train, but when I was some 30 meters from the train, the train again started moving. I ran very fast and crossed the last compartment and then I slowed down and stopped running.
Train by then had already picked up pace. I walked towards the door carefully and slowly, and climbed the staircase to get inside the train, and I finally heaved a sigh of relief.
