Answer:

A CROW AND A PEACOCK

Once there was a merchant who was on a ship to a country to sell his goods. He was alone with few workers who were always busy. As a company he only had a crow. The crow guided him to his destined places every time, when ever they were on a journey. This time the merchant reached a country where he was never been before. He sold all his goods and was about to return. But the people there stoped him when they saw the crow that he had. They were in amaze when they saw it. Because the country they lived in never had or have seen a creature like a bird and they were seeing it for the first time. All of them loved it and wanted to have it. Even the king of the country liked the crow. So the merchant said you can have it. He is a trained bird. We have many different kinds of bird in our country, so I can have another crow too. So the merchant left the crow. The crow was happy too. A golden cage was made for it and every day it had delicious food and had a happy life. But this didn't last long. Months later another merchant brought a peacock to that country. When the people saw it they were amazed again. Because they haven't seen a beautiful thing liked that ever before. Since the people got attracted to peacock they forgot about the crow. They even didn't feed it. Crow was unhappy and escaped from the cage and flew away and thus became a wandering bird without its master.

Explanation:

the moral is that people have really a bad mindset. When they find something that is unique they go for it, but after having it, they go on for more good, by leaving behind and forgetting what they had. Here the crow is left behind the past and is forgotten when peacock comes in.
