About 15 children from a slum here will soon make an animation film on Gurgaon’s traffic woes. These children, in the age group of eight to 13, are currently learning the nuances of animation filmmaking in the second batch of Summer Camp.
The workshop titled, “O Rahi! Yo Traveller”, is part of the umbrella project, “Let's talk about Road Safety”.
These underprivileged children live in the Sector 23 slum. During their five-day workshop that began on Tuesday, they will be trained for three hours each morning.
They started with sketching and colouring on Day 1. They tried to weave a story with pencil and paint on an A4-size sheet.
