according to my opinion about this picture is the atmosphere is peaceful.probably it may be evening time because every children were enjoying and playing variets of outdoor games.there are so many trees which add beauty to this picture.It was developed in black and white which instead of making it dull .It is believed that having the picture in colour would be a bit heavy on the eyes of the people looking at the picture.this may be particularly true because colour may take away the focus of the characters.As I'm adult this picture remainds me my childhood days every children are enjoying playing aswell as the old ones are relaxing in the park
