I was sitting on the seashore and I felt like a speck of sand. Suddenly, I saw a boat coming. It was a medium sized speed boat. I was a person who liked vehicles. I knew almost everything about boats and was amazed by the speed of the boat. There were two passengers on board,standing on the deck shouting. I thought it was the scream of their thrill. The boat circled on the sea and it almost crashed with another boat. I watched the scene for almost ten minutes. I was so happy. But then, it came towards me. I was surprised at the change of its direction. As it came nearer, I realized something was wrong, the passengers were crying.
By the shouts of the passengers on board, I got to know that it's brakes were out of order. I was horrified. My hands became numb, my legs started trembling, the hair on my hands stood up, goosebumps came and I became pale. I was too terrified to shout for help or take any action. I just sat there. It became hard for me to process what was going on. It got difficult for me to see. I was fainting. Suddenly, I felt someone yank me out of the way and just then, the boat crashed to the seashore. I missed the boat by a fraction of a second. Someone sprinkled me with water and I woke up. I saw that the passengers were hurt but not too badly. I thanked the man for his fast and quick action because as for him, I was alive.
