A hungry fox was once wandering in a jungle. He saw a crow sitting in a tree. It had a piece of cheese in its beak. He longed to eat it himself. So he sat down under the tree and said, “What a pretty bird you are! Your voice must also be very sweet. Do sing me a song, please.”The crow was greatly pleased to hear its praise. It began to caw with endless pride. But the moment it did so, the piece of cheese fell down. The cunning fox picked it up and ran away saying, “Thank you, Mr. Crow. The cheese is very delicious indeed. But your voice is not so sweet, as I thought it to be!”

A sly fox,an inhabitant of a dense forest once feels very hungry.He runs here and there in search of food but finds nothing to eat . The fox becomes disappointed and being extremely tired tires to take rest under the shade of a banyan tree.

Suddenly, the fox notices a crow with a piece of a meat in its beak has come and perched on a branch of the tree.The fox wishes to have the piece of meat for himself. Being very sly,the fox thinks a plan and talks to the Crow------- "Oh! dear friend,I have seen you after such a long period of time.How are you? I have not also heard your sweet voice so long,please sing a song for me".The Crow gets flattered,she starts singing. As soon as the Crow opens the mouth the peace of meat falls down from her beak . The clever fox picks it up and runs away!!! XD

Moral: Always beware of flatterers
