exercise help people to lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases . exercising regularly help you to get some benifit . it help you to kill bad bacteria in your body so that your immune system will be strong and u will not get ill if you want to be strong and fine and fit you regularly do exercise and yoga . exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle . exercise prevent health problems , build strength, boosts energy , a d help you to reduce stress . it also can help you maintain a healthy body , weight and curb your appetite . it also improve your sleep . if you have never exercised before start with a 10 minute period of light exercise . a brisk walk everyday is a good first exercise . slowly increase how hard you exercise and for how long it help you very much
