Every person is aware of their own strengths and weaknesses. my strengths are. I am a good learner, innovative, I have positive attitude and committed to my work. My weakness is procrastination and I am a bit selfish too.If a candidate is aware of their strength and weakness, then they can handle any type of situation without making any mistakes. Perhaps, if they don’t explain their strength and weakness, then it declares their negative approach towards their selection process .
