Miscible liquid
- Liquid which mix together in all proportion and form a single layer are called miscible liquid
- They are seperated by the process of fractional distillation
- Eg: vinegar solutions
Immiscible liquid
- Liquid which donor mix with each other and form separate layers are called immiscible liquid
- They are seperated by using a seperating funnel
- Eg:oil in water

Miscible liquids are those liquids which upon mixing form one phase and no distinct layers are visible. for example vinegar solution. it is acetic acid in water. Immiscible liquids remain in two different phases when tried to mix with each other.
