Spinning is the process by which a fibre like cotton is made into yarn by spinning. Whereas weaving is the process by which two yarns are interlaced to make a fabric .

Spinning: The cotton fibres obtained from the process of ginning are spun into yarns. This process of  formation of yarns from cotton fibres is called spinning.

Weaving: The process by which fibre is connected into fabric[ and in this process two or more sets of yarns are interlaced at right angles to form a fabric or cloth.
