⏩Council of Ministers include all ministers which are in the government.

⏩According to our constitution, Prime Minister is appointed by president and the Council of Ministers are appointed by Prime Minister.

⏩The Council of Ministers meet to Adopt new laws, discussing about old laws etc.

⏩Prime Minister is referred as the real executive head of a country where as president is nominal head. Prime Minister is the leader of the party which is in power.

⏩He is the main spokesperson of his government, he chair cabinet ministers, appoint other minister etc.

⏩He have the power to dismiss any minister and allocate other person for this post.

The constitution of India provides for a council of Minister, with the prime minister at the head, to aid and advise the president.

The President acts in accordance with their advice, in the exercise of his functions. The President may require the council of Ministers to reconsider their advice, but he shall act in accordance with the advice tendered after such reconsideration.

Ours is a Parliamentary Form of Government therefore our President is only a nominal head of the state . Thus the Council of Ministers, headed by the Prime Minister, is the most powerful institution in the Indian Policy.
