The early Aryans took wheat, barely, milk, fruits, fish and meat as food. Sura or Soma rasa, i.e. intoxicant liquor was very popular drink of the Aryans. Soma rasa was particularly used in times of Yajna. The dress of the Aryans were made of both cotton and wool.
