Landforms created by the action of groundwater are holes, stalagmites and stalactites, and caves and landforms created by the action of sea weaves are sea cliff, beaches, sand bar, lagoons, and sea caves.

EXPLANATION:

Landform is a natural feature on the surface of the Earth. They comprise rivers, mountains, lakes, valleys, and coasts. Landforms created by water take different forms. Some rain water received on the surface if the earth seeps through the ground and accumulated below the ground surface and is known as groundwater.

Landforms formed by groundwater include sinkholes (formed because of erosion caused by water), stalagmites and stalactites, and caves. Waves are powerful and they can do a great deal to the land which they crash into. Landforms created by waves include stumps, stacks, arches, caves, coves, bays, cliffs, and beaches.
