Create a split form in Access
A split form gives you two views of the data at the same time — a Form view and a Datasheet view. Working with split forms gives you the benefits of both types of forms in a single form.
hope it helps you....✌️

There are two types of views in Access: Datasheet view and Design view. We can switch between these two views by clicking on the View command under the Views group on the Home tab. We can also use the Design View and Datasheet View buttons located on the right-hand side of the Status bar to switch between two views.
- Datasheet View: Datasheet view is the default view of the table. It shows all the fields and the records as entered by the user. In this view, you can edit the content of the table.
- Design View: In Design view, the records are not visible. You can only see the field names along with their data types. You can add or delete a field name. The Design view window is divided into two parts: 1. Field Grid Pane 2. Field Properties Pane.
