The Sahara Desert is rich in animal and plant activity. Some animals are the Cobras, Kangaroo Rats, Kite Foxes, and lizards. Why these animals live here? This is because of their little need of water. These animals get there water from the plants and animals that they eat.
These animals survive by digging underground or going in shade to keep their bodies cool and come out at night to hunt. Animals also have smaller bodies so they don't lose as much water. The plants have broader leaves and have really deep roots to get more water.
