"Guru Angad Dev Ji was the second Guru among the Sikh Gurus and his natural name was Bhai Lehna. He did many things for the development of society and people as being a Sikh Guru.

He spread the message of equality for this, he also established community kitchen. Due to the great teacher of wrestling, he established Mall Akhara system (wrestling Arena) where he created awareness among the people about good health.

In his Mall Akhara system, not only spiritual as well as physical exercises such as prayers were held. He established this type of Mall Akharas in many villages where he taught people to stay away from in-toxic health habits such as Tobacco, alcohol, etc."
