In a 2 digit num,

there are 2 spaces to be filled,and there are no repitation allowed

so in first place any one of the 3 numbrs cn be filled: 2 or 3 or 4

hence there is 3 possilities for first place of number.

in second place,anyone of 2  digits only can be placed.as repitation is not alowed

hence 3*2 possibilities =6 ways of numbers

they are

23 ,24 , 32 ,34 ,42  ,43

hence the sum is

198
