I beg to inform you that I could not attend my classes for 5 days as we received the news that my grandfather had passed away. So our family had to left immediately for our village to attend his funeral and pay our last respect to him.
Therefore, I earnestly request you to grant me leave of absence for five days, from 6th to 10th November.
I will remain ever grateful to you for your kindness.
