We had booked the trip for 8 days from Kochi to Kochi. Driver was good but did not have the proper knowledge of sightseeing and the local area. Rooms of hotels were good.
Biggest problem was communications after booking. No one picked up the calls (Our manager was Mr. Sarath). Only one side communications. They used to give their messages through driver only. What we have observed that their services were available till the booking only.
The car was changed without informing us. The car images we received pre-booking were completely different. AC was not working. We have complained it from the first day but received only assurance. Finally, they said this is the only vehicle available.
