apparatus...posted plant , KOH solution,a bottle,wax, cork
experiment.....
precautions....KOH is iedereen to remove co2 in the leaf
wax is applied to the cork so that it stop the entry of co2
result....test the leaf kept in bottle with iodine for starch
part of leaf in bottle no change but lead expose out turn to black or blue indicating presence of starch
...therefore for the preparation. of starch in photosynthesis co2 is necessary
