Answer:

materials required----

zinc granules ,dilute sulphuric or hydrochloric acid , beaker .

procedure---

step 1 take some zinc granuales in a beaker.

step 2 add some drops of dilute sulphuric acid.

step 3 place a lighter above the beaker , to observe a pop-pop sound.

observation----

the temperature of reaction mixture will rise on and you will observe the presence of hydrogen gas *(by pop pop sound).

conclusion---

when zinc granules are reacted with dilute hydrochloric or sulphuric acid , there is an evolution of hydrogen gas and it is an exothermic chemical reaction.

chemical eqt. -----
