Sub: An appeal for leaving school earlier on account of my sudden illness.

Most humbly, I, Ritisha Sahoo of class 7, am requesting you to permit me for leave school earlier on the account of sudden illness. I visited the doctor during recess and she advised me to took rest and take the medicines she suggested.

Therefore I request you to permit me to leave school earlier for which I will be obliged forever.
