Answer:

Sir,

Most humbly I beg to state that I am a student of Class XI ‘A’ in your school. I opted for Sanskrit instead of Hindi as optional. However, I studied it for a couple of weeks and found that I am not able to understand the subject well. It seems very difficult for me. I will not be able to get good marks in the subject. Besides, I belong to a poor family. I cannot afford to engage a tutor in Sanskrit.

I, therefore, request you to kindly change my subject from Sanskrit to Hindi. I have also sought permission from the subject teachers and they have granted me permission. They do not have any objections.

Sir,

When I sought admission on July 1 , I offered Sanskrit as an optional subject out of three ones.

But no class of Sanskrit has been held since July 7, We are fifteen such students though.

Kindly allow me a change of subject. Please allow me to offer Sanskrit instead of Marathi.

Thanking you. yours obediently
