Respected Sir,
Respectfully, I wish to state that I want to change my section. The chief reason behind my decision is that there are some exceedingly non- serious students in my current section who don't let me study properly. They disrupt and distract other students most of the time.
Therefore, I request you to change my section so I shall be very obliged.

Respectfully sir some children of my class bully me an continuously trouble me and if I complain it to ma’am they hit me I would like you to change my section
