Respected Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that Narayana Health care center is running out of appropriate stock of Japanese Encephalitis vaccine which is creating a huge problem.

This vaccine is crucial for children and should be given when they cross the age one year.

This is a request from our health center to send adequate supply of the said vaccine at the earliest so that we do not have to send any child un-vaccinated.
