Respected Sir/Madam,
I humbly want to write this letter for exempting my third language subject. I am a student of your school. I have selected French instead of German as an optional subject. However, I am facing problems in understanding the subject as per my ability. It has become troublesome for me to cope up with this issue. By continuing with this subject, I will not be able to score good in exams. Besides, my family comes from lower class strata. Hence, I will not be able to afford a tutor or tuitions for the subject.
Therefore, I urge you to please change my French subject to German subject. I have taken permission from the subject's mentor and they have approved me by permitting me for the same.
