Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Prerna, a student of class 10th A, request you to grant me five days days’ leave, as I injured me right leg day before yesterday and it's getting severe day by day.

Therefore, kindly grant me leave of five days i.e, from 01-6-2020 to 5-6-2021. I will compensate for the missed classes when I commence my duty again. I hope you will understand and cooperate with me. I will be grateful to you for the same.
