I am name, a farmer of this village and I am writing this letter to inform you that the recent rainfall has damaged the village roads completely. It has become difficult for us to use the roads properly now a days due to the bumps and stagnant water on the roads.
This is a great difficulty for farmers with tractors to move in and around the village on these roads as many got stuck in them. Thus I request you to repair these roads for a better production of agriculture as the roads affecting it, the trucks which come to collect our production are stopped by our farmers as we fear that they might also get stuck in these roads.

Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the people of the village jounagor, would like to draw your attention to the fact that the main road leading to dulalpur from our village has been badly damaged by the recent terrible flood. Besides this, some other roads connecting the main road have also been greatly damaged. These are now almost closed and on vehicle can play along the roads. As a result, the villagers, specially the students of different schools and collages are in utmost suffering even walking on foot at night has become dangerous because of the holes in all the roads. So it is a crying need to repair the damaged roads as soon as possible.
In the circumstances stated above, I pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take immediate steps to repair the damaged roads and oblige thereby.
